Bronze Support Package

This package incorporates an hour with your newborn specialist before the birth of your baby. Your Night Nanny will give you all her top tips on what to pack for hospital, both for you and baby and help prepare you for a positive birth experience, ensuring you feel confident you have all the information you need to have the best birth experience possible.

On your return from the hospital, you will have another 8 sessions of up to 40 minutes one to one with your specialist for the first month of your baby’s life.

These sessions are for you to use to discuss any aspect of care relating to you and your baby. This can be around creating a routine, analysing data gathered around feeding and creating good routines, working a routine around your other children, ensuring the baby has play and development opportunities even in these challenging times, where groups and social opportunities are reduced.

You can choose to use these sessions through a variety of mediums, face to face or via Zoom, FaceTime, etc. so you can also incorporate help and support around feeding positions if breastfeeding, or finding the correct feeding system for you and your baby if bottle feeding.

Silver Support Package

This package incorporates two-hour sessions with your newborn specialist before the birth of your baby.

The first session will be from around 6 months gestation and is to discuss creating your birth plan, how you feel this may go, your worries and concerns around the birth in this current time and any concerns you have around preparing your home and family to ensure you have everything ready for baby coming home. If you have any additional issues such as gestational diabetes, placenta previa etc you will be finding out around now, your newborn specialist will be able to discuss any worries or concerns you may have around anything which may affect your birth plan and can help you with planning a healthy diet, under the guidance of your health care practitioner.

At this consultation, you may also want to discuss your feeding aspirations and anything you can do to ensure this happens as smoothly as possible. If you are looking to combine feed you could plan on which feeding system to use to ensure combined feeding works for you. If planning to Breastfeed any helpful tips to combat sore and cracked nipples before they happen and how to support the baby to get a good latch from the very beginning.

The second hour, closer to your baby’s birth, your Night Nanny will give you all sorts of top tips on what to pack for hospital, both for you and baby. What to expect, how to ensure your birth goes well and that you have the confidence and information to ensure you have the best birth experience possible.

This second session is there so you can discuss any issues which may have arisen during the later stages of your pregnancy, such as if you are having a planned c section. There may be additional issues you would like to discuss and tips to help both you and your baby to settle into a comfortable routine of healthy feeding as quickly as possible post-birth.

When you come home you will have another 8 sessions of up to 45 minutes one to one with your specialist for the first month of your baby’s life. With the silver package, these sessions will also incorporate a short write up of the issues discussed and the strategies planned to help with these issues and concerns. This will be sent by email after the consultation.

These sessions are for you to use to discuss any aspect of care relating to you and your baby. This can be around creating a routine, analysing data gathered around feeding and creating good routines, working a routine around your other children, ensuring baby has play and development opportunities even in our new normal, where groups and social opportunities are reduced.

How to create good sleeping habits and working with baby’s natural rhythm to ensure baby learns day from night and creating effective sleep hygiene.

You can choose to use these sessions through a variety of mediums, such as Zoom, FaceTime, etc. so you can also incorporate help and support around feeding positions if breastfeeding, or finding the correct feeding system for you and your baby if bottle feeding.

Gold Support Package

This package incorporates two-hour sessions with your New born specialist before the birth of your baby.

The first session will be from around 6 months gestation and is to discuss creating your birth plan, how you feel this may go, your worries and concerns around the birth in this current time and any concerns you have around preparing your home and family to ensure you have everything ready for baby coming home. With the gold package, these sessions will also incorporate a short write up of the issues discussed and the strategies planned to help with these issues and concerns. This will be sent by email after the consultation.

These sessions are for you to use to discuss any aspect of care relating to you and your baby. This can be around creating a routine, analysing data gathered around feeding and creating good routines, working a routine around your other children, ensuring baby has play and development opportunities even in our new normal, where groups and social opportunities are reduced. This gold package incorporates providing knowledge of, and support around, ensuring your baby meets the essential milestones and developments laid out in the EYFS, she will provide support around weaning and diet, how to create good sleeping habits and working with the baby’s natural rhythm to ensure baby learns day from night and creating effective sleep hygiene.

With the gold package, you can choose to book a face to face 4-hour support consultation at any point within your package time frame.
You can choose to use these sessions through a variety of mediums, such as Zoom, facetime, etc so you can also incorporate help and support around feeding positions if breast feeding, or finding the correct feeding system for you and your baby if bottle feeding.

A Bespoke Platinum Support Package

Bespoke packages are priced individually, with in house support starting at around £20 per hour, emails, telephone, skype and facetime are priced on an individual basis according to the time used and the package agreed upon with your sleep consultant.

With this option, a Night Nannies New Born specialist will incorporate a mixture of in house and remote support. This package will be created individually between you and your New Born specialist. Your Newborn specialist can come and work with you overnight, during the day or for a 24, 48 or 72-hour stint, helping you to understand your little one’s natural rhythms, feeding patterns and ensuring the mother gets the rest and support she needs.

Your New Born specialist will be there to guide you in real-time throughout her time with you and on hand to teach you the individual skills to help your child learn and develop in line with the EYFS and to ensure you create a workable routine for both mother and baby, which is able to incorporate the needs of the individual family.

She will probably need to come for an observation night, or 24 hour period to see what is happening and to understand the best strategies for your child, before implementing changes. Following this, she will give you a verbal report the next morning or will offer suggestions based on her observations if co-working. She will provide a short written report within 24 hours of leaving She will then be able to guide and support you in implementing and securing new routines going forward.

She can either come in person to support you or remotely guide you, whichever you prefer or often a mixture of both.
